Can I visit your studio, is it open to public?

Everyone is welcome to visit our studio to check it out.
We are usually open from 11:00 to 18:00, however it is recommended to call or e-mail us in advance, to ensure availability.

Is there free parking nearby your studio?

Yes, free parking is available on several streets close to our studio, such as part of Landstraat en Vetteoordskade, click here to see a map of free parking. You can also park for 2 hours for free at Westhavenkade with a parking disc.

Sunday parking is free.

How can I get to your studio using public transportation?

From Rotterdam Central Station, take the train and get off at Station Schiedam Centrum. Then, take the metro line B in the direction of Hoek van Holland Haven, get off at Station Vlaardingen Oost, which is 12 minutes walking distance from our studio.

Instead of walking, you can also take bus number 56 in the direction of Holy-Noord and get off at Stop Rotterdamseweg, which is 1-minute walking distance from our studio.

Delivery & Returns

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please keep in mind there may be additional taxes applicable in your country.

What are the shipping costs?

We use the POSTNL and DHL Parcel Service for shipments, and below are the costs. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the check-out step.

Within the Netherlands:
€5,75 for orders up to €100,00
Free shipment for orders above €100,00

Europe:
€19,00 for orders up to €150,00
Free shipment for orders above €150,00

Rest of the World:
€55,00 for orders up to €500,00
Free shipment for orders above €500,00

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

We ship the received orders within two working days.

Within the Netherlands:
You will receive your orders within two business days after we ship it.
You can check the status of your delivery here.

Outside of the Netherlands:
International orders may take up to 21 days to arrive depending on your region.
You can check the status of your delivery here.

How can I return an order?

You can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You will need to cover the shipping cost for the return items, except for the faulty items.

Please use this return form to request a refund, you will receive further communication after the evaluation of your request.

Note: Some products may not be eligible for a refund if they are opened and/or used, such as paints, with the exception of faulty items.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and will soon be supporting iDeal.

We are using Stripe as our payment provider which ensures secure and encrypted payments, your credit card information is never shared with us and is not saved on our database.

Can I pay via bank/wire transfer?

Although not listed on our e-store, you can also pay using wire transfer. Please contact us with your full name, order list and shipping address if you would like to use this method.
